The Springfield Anglican College (TSAC) is a coeducational K-12 school with an enrolment of approximately 1100 students. TSAC is a leading independent school in the rapidly developing growth corridor of Greater Brisbane, encompassing Springfield and surrounds. The Role
The Springfield Anglican College is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Food Services Officerto work in our busy Cafés located on both the Primary and Secondary Campuses. This is a Part Time Fixed Term position working 30.4 hours per week (0.8 FTE) term time only to commence mid-April 2024 until 2 August 2024 with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for assisting the Food Services Manager in the efficient operation of the Campus Cafés which includes implementing and maintaining café operations, including menu, supplies, preparing and serving food, local cash handling practices and hygienic safe food handling practices. The Food Services Officer will adhere to Workplace Health and Safety requirements and assist with the provision of a quality and appropriate service in accordance with the Anglican values and ethos of the College.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated Food Services experience, preferably within an educational environment. Qualifications in Food Safety and Hygiene (Food Safety Supervisors Certificate) is desirable. It is a mandatory requirement for the Food Services Officer to hold a current and valid Queensland Working with Children Blue Card.
