Football Operations & Compliance Coordinator

Reporting to the General Manager – Football Operations, the Football Operations & Compliance Coordinator will administer the compliance of the Junior Development League and the Premier Youth League as well as assisting in the management of premier competitions, including key tournaments and events. The Competitions administrator also assist in the administration of Northern NSW Football’s Football Fives competitions and provides ongoing support to all involved through these competitions.

What will you be doing as Football Operations & Compliance Coordinator:

• Administer the compliance of Junior Development League and Premier Youth League accreditations.

• Facilitate key competitions administration requirements such as rescheduled fixtures.

• Administration of Northern NSW Football’s key digital systems, Squadi and Play Football.

• Provide fixturing support and expertise across all competitions and events.

• Coordination and delivery of key events including JDL Regional Gala Days, Women’s State Cup and Champion of Champions.

• Assist in the delivery of key events such as finals Series and tournaments.

• JDL & PYL Match Day visits.

• Fixturing and competition set-up for Football Fives competitions and events.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to understand club cultures and the challenges facing club volunteers.

• Understanding of fixturing and competition structure.

• Ability to be flexible in adapting to new digital systems.

• Ability to manage competing priorities.

• A strong attention to detail.

• Have a passion for football.

The Fine Print:

Due to the nature of this role, it will be a requirement of the Football Operations & Compliance Coordinator to:

• Be engaged in work outside of traditional business hours.

• Be engaged in work during weekends as required.
