Learning & Compliance CoordinatorLocation: North RydeJoin Our Team As a Learning & Compliance CoordinatorThe Learning & Compliance Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for our learning initiatives, within the organisation, and externally with our key partners.
- Administration of our Learning Management System, Navigator. This includes the setup of new courses in Navigator, managing enrolments and waitlists, ad hoc reporting and responding to user queries
Experience management and coordination of F2F learning interventions, including scheduling, venue sourcing, room bookings, catering, pre and post participant communications and room set upOverseeing and monitoring the Foxtel Group's Compliance TrainingCoordination of psychometric assessment as requiredResolving first level learning and development queries, including managing the L&D inbox and responding to queries from the HR Business PartnersProject support to the broader HR team aligned with business and career development needsProcessing of invoices and setting up suppliers relating to learning, organisational development and wider HR programs of workSkills and Experiences We're Looking For
