Opportunity - Foreman
Our Foreman would have a solid grasp of the Residential Bespoke home space. We don't do cookie cutter homes and focus on high value, individually designed homes where the customer can make as many variations as they want along the journey. You would manage up to 4 builds at one time. Driving from Site to site to check on progress, update the project management system and handle any problems that arise. Your job would be to ensure the build constantly progresses.
Opportunity Carpenter
We are looking to add a few more carpenters to our existing team of residential chippy's. We have a team a dozen strong but our workload is on the increase and we need more like minded carpenters to join us on our growth journey. Progress your career into Management with this established and successful builder.
Management
The owner is a highly successful and passionate builder who has an amazing vision for his various business ventures. He is a self made man who has created a highly successful business over the last decade and now would like to utilise the skills and experience of more Fulltime Carpenters and Foreman. He is down to earth and shows no signs of arrogance.
Company Culture
The company culture mirrors the owner's personality. It's down to earth but has a really strong work ethic. The team works hard and does not allow corners to be cut and quality to be diminished to save a few bucks. There is a wide age range from team members in their 20s to 50's. Our new team members would ensure the culture is maintained as the business grows into new sectors.
Career Advancement and Promotions
This position would have you work alongside the Director who is incredibly hands on. This is the first step in the business becoming more structured so your experience will be highly regarded. As the role evolves, you will build support a larger team.
Work Load
The role will generally be 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday role however there may need to be some flexibility as the structures are set in place.
Salary and Financial Stability
The Company is very financially sound and has grown rapidly over the last 5 years, hence now needing to expand on its structure.
* Location: Canberra based role with limited travel outside the territory
* Remuneration: Salary Packages from $90-$130K + Super + vehicle based on experience
* Christmas shut down, approximately 3 weeks to spend with your family or holiday
* Extras: Company vehicle and fuel card provided or allowance if you love your own car, this is a value up to $30K per year
* Roster: Monday to Friday with occasional Sat oversight

Your experience
Our new carpenters would be experienced in the Residential space but really have a desire to work on some very premium homes across the ACT. You would be very hands on a capable of working well in a team. We can look at all levels of experience from just qualified on-wards.
Our new Foreman would come from a residential new build or extensions / renovation space. You would be a people person and amazing multi -tasker. We are looking for Experienced Foremen for this role.
