Due to rapid growth and with our strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a Site Foreman to join our successful team.

The Position
Working closely with the Director and Carpentry crew, your key responsibilities will include:
- A combination of management and on the tools (80% management 20% on tools).
- Supervising Carpenters and other Sub-contractors
- Scheduling and procurement of materials
- Interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
The Person
To be successful you will need to be a dedicated and qualified Carpenter with at least 4 years experience, preferably as a Foreman in the luxury residential sector who is known for your high-quality workmanship. You are eager to join our growing team. Applicant must have own tools.
You will possess the following skills:
- Meticulous, on the ball and have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commitment towards OH&S & running a safe work site
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
- First Aid certification preferred
- A positive attitude with a great work ethic
