A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Class Two developer builder in the Eastern Suburbs. Our client specialises in architecturally designed Class two projects and homes across the Eastern Suburbs and offer high quality.
If you want to work for an award winning company with a tight network of loyal subcontractors and suppliers that have the expertise and ability to tackle any challenging job then this is the opportunity for you. They are now looking for experienced Foreman to join their business. Your role will involve managing day to day activities, scheduling of works, quality of workmanship and management and delivery of time frames.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
- 3+ years of experience supervising Class two projects OR commercial projects
- Previous experience working on project values from $4M +
- A trade background in Carpentry
- Certificate IV in Building would be an advantage
- An eye for detail and commitment to delivering a high quality of work
- Excellent organisational and communication skill
- A full driving license
