Our client is a well known Luxury Residential builder who specializes in Luxury high-end homes and boutique apartments in the Eastern suburbs valued between $5M - $40M.
Job description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Foreman to join this successful team and commence working on a high-end Heritage project based close to Bondi and valued around $5M. Your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work
Your Profile
To be successful you will need at least 10 years experience as a Foreman / Site Manager working on Luxury residential projects. It is essential that you have some Heritage project experience and worked on Architecturally designed homes. Preferably you will also have Class 2 apartments experience and come from a Carpentry trade background, but this is not essential.
