Foreman - Concrete Structures

A full time, permanent position is available for a trade qualified carpenter or experienced structures foreperson.

We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude who is looking to be hands-on and lead by example. 

The successful applicant will be reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high quality work on time and on budget.

Required skills:

• commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
• good carpentry skills and attention to detail
• ability to read & interpret plans and specifications 
• strong technical knowledge of concrete construction processes
• ability to motivate and lead others
• ability to follow processes and procedures
• good verbal and written communication skills 

 The role is responsible for: 

• delivering contracted works to a high standard
• managing OH&S compliance on-site
• set out of works & material take offs  
• co-ordination of suppliers, deliveries and subcontractors 
• managing site labour 
• on-site liaison with client 
• collaborating with off-site project management team
