We are nearing the stage on our Heart of Willoughby project, where a senior supervisor and Finishes Foreperson can step in to take over this stage of program. You will be working with a stong construction supervison team, and site based project managment team, in an exceptionally appointed office on the site. The right person for this role:
- You have a tertiary qualification in construction and 2 to 5 years’ experience on site in D&C residential mid to high-rise construction.
- You have worked on multiple first class quality projects with customised inclusions.
- You confidently use IT to manage the processes of site diary, RFIs, document and quality controls and short range scheduling.
- You meticulously adhere to safety, quality and team protocols.
- You lead by example, share your knowledge and help others to succeed, always maintaining respect and adherence to Company values.
The responsibilities for this role:
- Liaise with team to ensure manpower and materials are procured and supplied to program.
- Drive resources on site to achieve productivity, program, safety and quality requirements.
- Attend project meetings, document and follow up actions.
- Lead toolbox talks and start up meetings.
- Manage execution of and close out of ITPs, checklists and RFIs
- Coordinate activities on site under direction of Site Manager.
