The Position
As an Account Manager, you will be working closely with the team and sales manager to convert leads, develop, and deliver sales targets through building and managing client relationships with new and existing clients via phone calls, online chats, social media channels and face to face meetings. You will also perform generation of new leads and maintain relationships with new and existing contacts to drive business within the guidelines set by the company.
The Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin/ Chinese is a must.
Another Language such as Cantonese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean will be advantageous
Effective time management and organisation skills is a must
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to learn a variety of operating systems and CRM
Knowledge on MT4/5 trading platform is a plus but not essential
RG146 compliant is a plus but not essential
A genuine interest in a career in Trading and the Financial Markets
Compensation: Competitive base salary depends on experience, plus monthly bonuses are applicable based on performance.
