With a vibrant and dynamic culture, we are the employer of choice for exceptional sales professionals and currently seeking a CAF Broker Support Manager Desk-Based to support our Queensland and New South Wales members!
The Role
The role is responsible for providing high quality assistance to our Asset Finance brokers, specifically supporting them with broker inductions, scenarios and CRM knowledge. The role will have a component which includes promoting brokers to utilise the QuickAF System and the broader suite of products and services we offer. Working in a small, collaborative team you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Supporting and retaining Asset Finance brokers through understanding their business and objectives whilst building strong relationships
- Inducting all new Asset Finance brokers by conducting CRM training
- Communicating with our Asset Finance brokers by responding to queries, feedback and effectively answering scenario questions
- Updating and maintaining lender information within our CRM system
- Educating both internal and external stakeholders with your CAF knowledge
- Promoting CAF through facilitating, attending and hosting events
You will also possess:
- Demonstrated experience within the financial services industry (Asset Finance sector is desirable)
- A thorough knowledge of credit
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) in customer support and processing
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Proficient ability in the Microsoft Office suite
