Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for a Casual Forklift Driver (Day Shift) to join our team in our warehouse located at Perth Airport. You will be working Monday to Friday with additional hours and week-end coverage available when required.
What your days would look like?
Key functions (but not limited to):
- Responsible for the loading & unloading palletised stock out of containers whilst following our safety procedures
- Restraining loads according to load restraint requirements
- Conduct and record all pre/post daily forklift maintenance checks and report all defects
- Coordinate truck positioning through clear communication with the driver and control traffic movements within the loading/unloading area
- Storage of pallets into the warehouse safely and efficiently as well as in the correct stow points
- Preparation of outgoing freight, ensuring that goods are secured/packed correctly for dispatch.

- Current Forklift Licence
- Previous experience handling freight with a counterbalance forklift

- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable, but not essential:
- Previous experience in the transport & logistics industry
- Ability to work additional hours or after hours if required
