As face of the company, you will:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Book and Coordinate travel.
- Provide general office support as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A fabulous and friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
The role is Thursday and Friday 9 to 5pm.
