AddressBetta Body Repairs are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our Administration and Customer Service Team.
Betta Body Repairs (Smash Repair) has been established for over 24 years and is a well-known and respected family owned and operated business located in Molendinar Qld. We’re passionate about what we do and we strive to exceed your expectations with outstanding workmanship and customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a can do attitude to support their team. You will provide exceptional administration support and customer service to new and pre-existing customers on a part time basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and monitor company emails
- Booking appointments for quotes and authorized repairs
- Customer/Vehicle quotations co-ordination and photographs
- Varied data entry and assisting with customer account payments
- Assisting other staff with pricing information and processing quotes
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have Australian Driver's License
- Experience in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and willing to learn
The successful applicant will receive full on-site training
Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm, 30 hours
