Receptionist
Experienced person required for executive office, customer service role, reception and administration duties, variety of tasks.
Serviced Offices – Greenhill Road, Eastwood
Multiple clients - assist and complete tasks
Phone answering, call & message management
Provide diary management to several healthcare clients
Greet Visitors & assist as necessary
Deal with deliveries, couriers and collections
Word processing and variety of clerical tasks
Confirm room bookings & prepare rooms
Ensure kitchen and public areas are clean & tidy
ESSENTIAL
Professional presentation, energetic & organised, ability to multi-task
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Experience in previous administration role
Sound word processing skills & experience with Word/Excel
Must have attention to detail and high service standards
DESIRABLE
Experience in health/medical/nursing
Experience with Google calendars/online diaries
Experience with audio typing/transcribing
2 days/week – plus leave cover
Thursday & Friday (15 hrs/week)
Shifts between 8.30am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
