Forklift Operator

Duties:

• Operation of Counterbalance forklifts or High Reach (highly regarded) forklifts
• Operating warehouse management systems.
• Load & unload trucks - in and outbound stock
• Logistics planning, workflows, and operational control.
• Interactions with customers.
• Picking and packing of orders.
• Wrapping of pallets
• General housekeeping as required

Position requirements:

• Basic Computer data base knowledge and a capacity to learn basic logistic management programs.
• Current Forklift Licence and experience. HRWL LF
• Current Driver's License and or reliable transportation.
• RF scanning experience is advantageous.
• Team player with an ability to work under supervision.
• Willing to participate in a pre-employment medical check, including Drugs and Alcohol test.
• Willing to obtain National Police check for pre-employment if required
• Reach truck experience HIGHLY regarded
• Management of 'ugly' freight also highly regarded.
