Role Overview:
The role of the Forklift Operator incorporates the operation of a twin tine forklift, picking loads, loading, and unloading trucks, movement of raw materials and supporting the put away and production team. You will work collaboratively with members from various teams including Warehouse, Production, Maintenance and Quality.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Ensuring service of materials are delivered and safety standards are adhered to daily
- Hands on fast paced factory environment
- Able to handle general hand tasks and housekeeping duty
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Electronic Warehouse Management (EWM) functions by RF scanning and maintain inventory controls within the warehouse facility
- Work in a large cross functioning team
- Attention to detail to ensure correct picking of materials and timely delivery
