Throughout their operations in Australia, Harvey Fresh create connections from the local community to the Australian and global food system through the production of milk, juice, and other specialised dairy products.
Partnering with Harvey Fresh, Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking to fill a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator vacancy.
What's involved in the role.
- Managing the day-to-day results and actions of the waste treatment plant to ensure it is being operated according to licence conditions.
- Ensuring the irrigation process is operating according to plan.
- Ensure daily operations are conducted in accordance with standards/ procedures.
- Forklift operating
- General yard duties
- Working within a team
- Food manufacturing environment
What we are looking for from you;
- Previous experience with wastewater treatment plants and/or irrigation systems (highly desirable)
- Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
- Good level of mechanical aptitude, and strong problem solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to follow procedures and undertake quality checks, with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform labour and repetitive tasks
- Motivation to learn and develop skills
- C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport
