About the role

• Team Global Express is currently seeking a qualified Forklift Operator to commence immediately at our Tennyson Depot in Brisbane. 
• This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work 7.6 hours x 5 days a week
• This successful applicant will be rostered on our PM Shift (3.30pm Starts)
• The successful applicant will also be entitled to a 17.5% Shift Allowance
• Overtime is available and will be offered on a need by need basis
• Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely
• Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight
• Picking and preparing runs for following day
• Palletizing freight for travel where required
• Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.
• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely.
• Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process
• Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to.
• Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently.
• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.

• You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)
• You will be able to work as part of a team
• You will be flexible and able to work overtime as required
• You will able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
• You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
• You will have a high attention towards Safety
