Your Role We have an exciting entry level opportunity for someone eager to start their career in insurance claims. Working closely with our Claims Consultants, Payments Team and Finance Teams, you’ll manage Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims requests end to end, including payment and lodgement queries, document transfer and completion as well as providing support external providers regarding invoice related queries. You’ll prepare written communication to injured people, service providers and other stakeholders for CTP claims and collate necessary documentation from claims files as required by external regulators.
