Forklift Operator - Eagle Farm

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our customer warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately moving materials within our warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and organization of products. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts and other equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to company procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of products.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment, reporting any issues to maintenance staff.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including storage areas and workspaces.

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Operator certification 
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
