The Role
As an Investment/Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance of the property portfolio and assist with acquisitions and divestments. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive strategic decisions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies
- Manage investment strategies
- Drive growth of their real estate portfolio
- Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with acquisition and development teams
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes
- 10+ years of experience in commercial asset/investment management
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Have an analytical mind and be proficient with financial modelling
