Formwork (Carpenters, Hammer-hands, Labourers and Patchers)

Rapid Projects are seeking a range of formwork carpenters, hammer-hands, laborers and patchers to join our Gold Coast-based construction company.

Rapid Projects looks to attract, develop and retain motivated and skilled staff who appreciate a transparent and supportive team, and take pride in executing their work to a high standard.

We are looking for applicants with a wealth of experience within the formwork area, but are also willing to consider motivated and enthusiastic apprentices looking to establish their career under long-standing professionals.

The role(s) will primarily work with the erection and dismantling of suspended formwork systems, jumps and verticals. We specialize in Mid to High rise residential buildings in the Gold Coast area. 

What we need from you:

• A valid White Card
• Evidence of 2+ years prior formwork experience preferred 
• Must be hands-on and contribute to completing tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Full Australian work rights
• A great work ethic with the ability to prioritize and assist the team and share the load where needed
