Accounts Officer (Maternity Leave Replacement 12 months)
- We are a well known and reputable builder in NSW for over 45 years
- We build between 300 to 400 houses per year
- Temporary 12 months' position - $40 per hour + Super
- Immediate start working between 3 to 5 days per week
- Working with a small Accounts team at our Rydalmere Head office
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Process weekly sub-contractors' and monthly suppliers' invoices
- Matching invoices to issued purchase orders
- Accounts Receivable
- Assist with invoice processing
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous background in accounts Payable and Receivable
- Experience working in a full function / end to end capacity
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the building industry (desired, not essential)
