AddressFoundation Coordinator
We’re looking for a Foundation Coordinator to join our team at What Ability Foundation. You will play a vital role in working directly with our members to deliver experiences and assist the team with our milestone fundraising calendar events.
What Ability Foundation is on a mission to unlock ONE MILLION experiences for people with a disability! We partner with all types of experience providers across adventure, entertainment, live sport, hospitality and dining to unlock community experiences across the country.
The key responsibilities for this role will be communicating with families to facilitate experiences, assisting with fundraising campaigns and marketing activities.
Responsibilities for our Foundation Coordinator:
- You are a Gmail and Google Docs wizard. You’ll manage communication with our families to help them access experiences, and make sure they send their pictures from their day!
- Distribute tickets for events (eg Wiggles, NRL game or Bowling passes) to families in a timely manner
- Post on Foundation social channels (Instagram and Facebook)
- Build and manage the Foundation ‘What’s On’ edms in Mailchimp
- Assist to develop and execute fundraising and marketing strategies
- Work with externals (videographers, media, clubs) as needed
- Develop and deliver donor communications to engage, build loyalty and increase retention, contribute to conversion, reactivation and upgrade activities
- Prepare reports on fundraising results and future plans for the Board as required
- Develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure success, including fundraising agencies
Other details:
- This role will be reporting to the Foundation Manager
- Experience using Wordpress, Mailchimp, Instagram, Google Suite is not essential but highly preferred
- This role is full time based in our Sydney office. Our team work closely with What Ability, the NDIS disability service provider
