The Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant (FP&A Accountant) is responsible for Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Cash Management and assisting the manager in reporting activities.
The role reports to Financial Reporting Manager.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Annual Budget and forecasting activities.
Budget monitoring.
Analytical review of financial results.
Cash flow forecasting.
Management of the loss funds.
T&E expense reporting.
Being a Concur Superuser.
Monthly premium/tracker reports.
Board packs.
Monthly reports for management presentations.
Other management reports when needed.
Assist with audit requests.
Assist in project work.
General responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with other business units.
Adhere to company's policies, procedures and local guidance as well as to the legislation.
Other reasonable duties as directed by the business, within the scope of the role.

Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
Flexibility, multi- tasking and ability to deliver initiatives within a short timescale.
Understanding of financial principles.
Tertiary degree.
CA/ CPA qualification in progress.
Experience in analytical review.
Experience in management reporting.
Experience in process improvement.
Insurance industry experience - welcome.
Experience in a similar role- minimum 5 years.
