Job Description
Grow your career with a global retailer as an FP&A Specialist within our Finance team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time opportunity.

What does the role involve?
- Conduct period-end activities
- Prepare financial forecasting and budgeting services to various stakeholders within the business
- Prepare various reporting documents
- Conduct variance and root-cause analysis on deviations to forecast or plan
- Provide decision support and insights to stakeholders
- Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business
- Provide support in process improvement projects
- Assist the wider team in fulfilling requirements for auditing and compliance

Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Degree and CA/CPA qualified desirable (or working towards)
- Commerce/Accounting/Business or related Degree
- Strong reporting capabilities
- Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various levels of the business
- Previous FP&A experience highly regarded
- Proficient in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data- such as Excel & Tableau
- SAP experience is highly desirable

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $110, 800 - $132, 200 (including super)
