A fantastic opportunity is available which will be based primarily in our Sydney office, located in Kingsgrove, for an analytical Business Coach to join our motivated and progressive operations team.
Intimate knowledge of the franchising Industry is preferable but not a prerequisite.
Construction or maintenance experience is not important, what is important is your ability to be an effective & analytic Business Coach with a strong background in operations. You are someone who loves developing business relationships, and is a problem solver whilst being adept in mentoring and partnering with small business owners to grow and build their business.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take an active role in the Leadership and Operations of our Franchise network.
As a Franchise Field Manager, you will be required to:
Develop a close working relationship with Franchisees coaching them with their business;
Proactively analyze and act upon reports to drive improvement;
Provide support to Franchisees through all phases of the business life cycle focusing on induction and expansion strategies;
Conduct on-site and off-site periodic business health checks;
Promote, support and attend network meetings;
Investigate, resolve or escalate customer complaints;
Coordinate weekly, monthly and annual financial reviews;
Monitor Franchisee compliance to Franchise Agreements;
Contribute positively to the culture of the Team and adhere to HAH mission, vision and values;
Provide excellent service delivery to a demanding client base;
Be a front line company representative to Franchisees; and
Travel domestically and internationally when required.
Do you have the qualities and experience we are looking for?
At least five years proven experience working with multiple small business owners.
At least five years demonstrated experience in a middle management front line Company role;
A strong analytical approach to business growth;
Self-starter/entrepreneur characteristics with a consistent track record for exceeding objectives.
Strong background or knowledge in IT.

Have a current driver's license.
Tools of trade and a Company Vehicle are supplied.
