Responsibilities:
• Cultivate customer relationships by identifying their needs and selling our exceptional products.
• Serve existing accounts while seeking out new opportunities.
• Tailor your sales approach to fit each customer's unique preferences.
• Concentrate your sales efforts on maximizing dealership potential.
• Keep our management team informed with regular reports on your activities and results.
• Stay ahead of the competition by staying updated on market trends.
• Solve customer concerns with your problem-solving skills.
• Maintain detailed records of your sales territory.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
Your Assets: Your experience in a similar industry or within the hospitality sector will be a valuable asset. You'll be responsible for boosting sales through strategic prospecting and managing a portfolio of existing customers. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, strong typing skills, unwavering attention to detail, and follow-through are essential for success in this role.
But most importantly, we're seeking individuals with a proactive, customer-centric mindset and a desire to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing organization. A positive, proactive approach and a penchant for coaching and mentoring are highly prized attributes in our team members.
