About the Role
This role has a big focus on direct to consumer, communication and digital. You will liaise with PR, SEO, communications, and influencer agencies to ensure always on, relevant and high interactive communications for online. Having total brand ownership of 7 brands, you will be responsible for managing the customer digital presence enhancement programs to drive repeat purchases and encourage commercial engagement.
- Write effective Brand Communications briefs;
- Manage agencies;
- Manage 1 direct report;
- Look at digital effectiveness through SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and impressions; and
- Deliver master portfolio communication calendars across key retail sale periods.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years in a Brand Communications Manager role;
- FMCG experience;
- Experience successfully managing agencies; and
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 from home;
- Modern offices; and
