About the Role
In this role, you will be the sole driver of brand awareness across all paid and Social Media. You will engage with the community, come up with creative ideas on how to pitch new stories, highlight new products and events and ultimately deliver another avenue to encourage conversion.
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies across a range of different platforms;
- Create engaging static and video content;
- Coordinate assets and distribute to sales team and other distributors to enhance engagement from consumers;
- Film fun events, educational classes and influencer/ambassador activities;
- Report on campaign progress and results;
- Utilise scheduling platforms; and
- 1 direct report.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty/retail/haircare space or have a real passion and understanding of consumer needs in this space;
- 3+ years’ experience in a Social Media position with proven success;
- High attention to detail and excellent writing and editing skills; and
- Experience utilising scheduling platforms and content creation tools like canva and adobe.
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 from home;
- Modern offices; and
- Exceptional leadership and a great manager with an exceptional career history to date.
