Franchise Sales Coordinator

The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:The role of the Franchise Sales Coordinator is pivotal in driving our business unit towards its strategic objectives. By fostering communication with potential partners and assisting the Network Development team, they play a crucial role in fostering the expansion of the Priceline and Priceline Pharmacy store network. This position is specifically tailored to optimise the onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain the sales CRM
• Track sales prospecting efforts and timelines
• Manage and maintain the sales prospecting assets, documentation, internal training material and process maps
• Administer sales documentation
• Coach and train internal stakeholders on the sales prospecting process

What you'll bring:

• 3 years' + administrative/sales experience.
• Previous experience in a customer facing / customer relationship building role.
• Strong customer service and time management skills necessary.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines crucial.
• Proficiency with business software tools like CRMs expected.
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail essential.
• Self-motivated and capable of both autonomous and teamwork.
• Experience in project management and network development preferred.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills vital.
• Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, desirable
