Your Next AdventureReporting to our National Franchise Operations Manager, this business coaching role drives results through systems compliance and performance improvement in alignment with the purpose, core values, strategic direction and operating principles of Nurse Next Door.
Your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Make it your mission to make a difference in the lives of those around you
- Educate and hold Franchise Partners accountable to following all Nurse Next Door One Best Way systems, processes and practices as outlined in the Operations Manual
- Build relationships across the system and be a master at managing conversations
- Celebrate success with Partners as they reach key milestones in their business
- Subject matter expert and contributor to the design, development and delivery of our Foundations Training and partner development program
- Develops programs and initiatives to drive the CEO's vision for Franchise Partner growth.
- Schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls (as required) with franchisees
- Work closely to support the National Franchise Operations Manager to ensure compliance with the Franchising Code of Australia
- Regularly review the Operations Manual to ensure it reflects actual Operational execution and provide updates to the National Operations Manager.
- Provide advice on compliance with Franchise Code best practices.
- This role is office based at our national head office, HeartQuarters, in Hawthorn, Victoria

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and professionalism
- Nimble and agile - able to swiftly move from role to role to support the Vision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams, effectively managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines
- A solution-oriented individual who is not afraid to ask questions, embrace advice and take initiative where appropriate
- No healthcare background is required (but would be an advantage).
