What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for all training and compliance needs, ensuring that our staff are well-equipped and up-to-date with the latest systems and processes. You’ll be in charge of setting up new clinics (we have a goal of opening 7 clinics in 2024), making sure everything is ready to go when doors open, and once the clinics are open, ensuring they are achieving their KPIs. With a focus on supporting and developing our staff, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our clinics run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager and first point of contact for all clinic owners and clinic staff
  • Ongoing Support: Ensuring all clinics run efficiently, you'll provide ongoing support and training, making sure every team member feels part of the Cosmetic Avenue family.
  • Overall supplier management, such as maintaining positive engagement, defining and developing scalable order processes, supplier/inventory negotiations and individual clinic account management and ongoing support
  • Organise, coordinate and deliver (where required) all training for staff (internal and external) while maintaining staff compliance and regulation 
  • Overall set up of new clinics to be “turn key” for clinic owners, including ordering all stock, connecting, testing and installing all software and systems, and preparing the clinics prior to training and launch
  • Coordinate the procurement of equipment, supplies, and inventory for new clinics
  • Support recruitment activities for all clinics and maintain and ongoing and positive relationship with all potential employees 
  • Ongoing support for all staff across all clinics
  • Ongoing development and training of staff portal, operations manual and induction portal
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that new locations are fully staffed, trained, and operational
  • Deliver training to clinics staff to ensure they achieve their KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all new clinic development activities
  • General administration and ad hoc projects 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years working within a client facing organisation
  • Passionate about the cosmetic industry and motivated to grow within a fast paced company 
  • Proven experience in project management and relationship management 
  • Proven communication skills (both verbal and written) to provide exceptional customer service
  • Confident in providing direct support to clinic owners and being on call for any and all queries 
  • Confident driving, developing and motivating a team
  • A true team player, where you are "in it together" to get the job done
  • Confident in working in ambiguity 
  • A strong work ethic with a results-driven, proactive approach
  • A commitment to continued learning and self-improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a team of treatment providers
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Have unlimited working rights in Australia
