Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads to generate franchise sales opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our franchise model to potential business partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage industry trends and create compelling sales materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in commission-based sales, preferably in franchise or business development.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly expanding industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the state as needed.
- Track record of successful sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
