Your new role

As a Farud Officer you will play a key role in making sure their customers are being provided with the best possible service on a day to day basis.

You will work in card, check & digital fraud to investigate and solve issues in a timely and profesional manner.

High achievers in this role will progress quickly from a phone based role to assesing and investigating fraud-related requests.

This is a growing and demanding area in the bank - this is a fantastic opportunity to fast track your career growth.

Your skills and experience

• Ideally you will have 1 years prior customer service/processing/data entry experience or are a recent graduate who is keen to learn
• You will have high attention to detail and thrive in a high performing culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are tech savvy with all things PC
