What’s the gig?
We are searching for a Human Resources superstar to work alongside our Gem Recruitment team on either Tuesday or Thursday. You will have the opportunity to screen and search candidates and jobs, coordinate candidate interviews, database management and general recruitment related tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and attract prospective employers & candidates
- Assist the full-cycle recruitment process
- Provide a best in class candidate experience
- Represent Freelancing Gems at events, flying the flag for our values and mission to attract more business to us
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to position the business as a credible site to place job ads and headhunt from
Position Specifications:
- Studying Human Resources or similar
- Communication skills
- Excellent time management & prioritisation skills
- Good planning & problem solving skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment on multiple projects
- Isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in all aspects of this start up business
- Understands the recruitment landscape
- Shows high levels self-motivation
