AddressWe are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team to provide effective, efficient and exceptional customer service for our busy medical centre in Airport West.
The successful candidate will show initiative in our fast-paced environment and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
A background in reception work or customer relations is desired.
The following criteria are essential:
- Proven willingness to learn, with an interest in Medical / General Practice
- Demonstrated computer literacy, we use Best Practice medical software so this would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience answering high volume of telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability and commitment to work effectively within a team environment
- Must be available to work a rotating roster with shifts between 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 8am to 2:30pm and Sunday 9am to 2pm.
