Fresh Produce Forklift Drivers

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Organic Fresh Produce Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling and transportation of organic Fresh Produce, ensuring that our products reach our customers in the best possible condition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load and unload organic Fresh Produce from trucks and warehouse shelves.
• Ensure the safe and secure transportation of produce within the facility.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock to verify quality and quantity.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during forklift operations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably in a Fresh Produce or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Sunday to Thursday roster (Sunday 6am-10am & During the week 2am start)
• Work in a refrigerated environment to maintain the freshness of organic produce.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 20kg.
