The role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Front Desk Manager to join the Hotel team.
As our Front Desk Manager, you will directly oversee the Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Front Desk operations. Through your passion in providing world-class guest service, you will ignite inspiration within your team of Front Desk Clerks and Supervisors to instil Crown's purpose of 'together, we create joyful elevated experiences'.
About you
You'll bring the following:
- A passion for guest service.
- A genuine desire in developing your team.
- A commitment to continuous improvement.
You'll have:
- Extensive hotel management experience across a rooms division within a superior hotel.
- Extensive experience leading teams.
- Extensive knowledge of computer applications and software including Microsoft Office suite of products, reporting tools and OPERA Property Management System.
- Proven experience in strategy development and business planning.
- Hospitality or business-related qualification (Preferred).
