Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney’s North Shore. ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced and organised Administration Assistant to work across Knox Grammar School Senior campus. This is a casual position, commencing as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of administration support across various areas of the School
- Coordinating meetings and venue bookings
- Administration tasks and cross checking on our school systems
- Extensive calendar management with entries, approvals and collating information
The successful candidate with be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working in an Administration role (ideally in a school environment)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs
- Self-motivation and adaptability
