Key Responsibilities
* Design and build advanced features for web platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our application.
* Maintain code quality, organisation, and company branding in the design.
* Implement and maintain accessible features following the WCAG guide.
* Accessible design considering Risk, Compliance, and Auditing.
Essential Skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience with WCAG for Web.
* Risk, Compliance, and Audit management experience.
* HTML5/CSS3.
* Ruby on Rails.
* Javascript and TypeScript.
* React JS.
* PostgresSQL.
* Responsive Design
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
* Knowledge of accessible tests
* Familiarity with test tools: AXE DevTools / Lighthouse
* Familiarity with screen readers: VoiceOver / NVDA / Talkback
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
* Skilled in debugging and problem-solving.
* Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Qualification
* Degree in IT/Software Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
You must have the right to work in Australia with a valid VISA or be a citizen.
