SalaryOur client, based in the EASTERN Suburbs, are industry leaders in the field of recycling products and currently require a competent /Front End Loader, Excavator Operator, to join their team. The role will involve the operation of various Plant Machinery, with some general yard work. You will operate and maintain our crushing and screening plants and all associated equipment such as stackers and conveyors. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position with occasional overtime/weekend work expected. Starting as a casual role with the view to go permanent offering an outstanding opportunity to join a dedicated and busy team.
Skills and Experience
- Excavator, and Front-END LOADER, Bobcat, tickets essential
- Experience as a Crusher Operator or related role in the Sand/ quarry or construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge of crushing equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Sound knowledge of jaw and cone crushers
- Ability to assist with the servicing and maintenance of crushers
- The ability to perform labouring / yard work
- Prior sales loading experience
- Load / unload trucks and hoppers
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
