Front end power developer

Position title: Front End Power Apps Portal Developer
Location:Melbourne VIC 3000
Duration : 12 months

Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Front End Power Apps Portal Developer to join our team for on the Service Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing UI components, ensuring alignment with our design system and be able to implement them in the customer facing Power Apps portal site.

The candidate should possess expertise in integrating front-end code with Power Apps Portal and other related Microsoft technologies.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the implementation of UI components, taking full ownership of the front-end development process.
• Customizing portal themes, layouts, and components to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• Developing forms and workflows within PowerApps portals to capture user input, process requests, and automate business processes.
• Code and implement responsive and visually appealing reusable UI components for the service transformation project.
• Follow WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards at a minimum during development.
• Ensure adherence to the design system guidelines and standards throughout the project.
• Collaborate with D365 specialists to address integration challenges and ensure compatibility.
• Take accountability for the quality of UI components, conducting thorough testing and validation.
• Address and resolve any issues or bugs identified during testing phases.
• Manage and adhere to project timelines for UI development milestones.
• Work closely with the design team to enhance and evolve the design system based on project requirements.
• Develop front-end code that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with backend developers and D365 experts to ensure a smooth flow of data and functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers.
