About the Role
As the Front of House Administrator, you will be a part of a small team and will be called upon to assist in a variety of capacities. Working on a full-time, permanent basis, your position will be blended reception, client services and administration and will be positioned at the Front of House yet will stillvery much a part of the broader team both in physical situation and operationally. Your broadly ranging duties could include:
Duties
- Phone based reception and customer service
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Manage databases
- Support the small team with administration
Skills & Experience
- Recent experience in administration or customer service, ideally within an SME
- MS suite capabilities, solid data entry skills and general software savvy
- Previous success in a predominantly autonomous position
