The hours are 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. Key responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: being the key point of contact for contractors and internal employees; meeting and greeting clients, checking clients in and offering refreshments; managing visitor security passes and contractor security passes; maintaining strong internal and external relationships;  proactively managing meeting rooms and co-ordinating room bookings in Outlook calendar; ensuring meeting rooms are promptly serviced, cleared and reset (e.g. glasses and water);…
