The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in Billanook’s learning organisation culture. The ideal candidate will be a leader with the capacity to think analytically and contribute meaningfully to workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will provide a people and culture strategic and operational service and advice to the Principal, Leadership Team and key staff at Billanook College. Reporting to the Principal, this position will focus on leading workforce planning requirements to ensure the school maintains efficiencies to meet operational needs. The HRM will have oversight of recruitment and induction, support performance management, advise on organisation development and manage HR compliance,
As an experienced and contemporary Human Resources professional with experience across the complete HR portfolio, the incoming Human Resources Manager will demonstrate the ability to lead the entire employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will demonstrate a hands-on approach and willingness to work collaboratively complemented by strong communication skills, a community mindset, and a down to earth cultural style. The ability to generate ideas and execute well thought out and disciplined plans will be essential. Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in HR or a related field is mandatory.
