We're looking for a reliable and professional full-time Receptionist / Front of House to be the initial point of contact for our clients and assist our Sales and Property Management Teams. In this role, you'll play a vital part in defining the client experience while ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Working in collaboration with our Sales, Property Management, Leasing, Accounts, and Administration teams, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the company.
- Managing phone, email, and walk-in enquiries.
- Drafting emails, agreements, and other documentation.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support (filing, archiving, photocopying, and data entry).
- Maintaining the register of keys and orderly filing systems.
- Sales support – liaising with sales agents, attending pre-settlement inspections, attending Building & Pest Inspections, and other administrative duties.
- Overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of both front and back-of-house areas for a professional environment.
- Overseeing general office and meeting room management.
- Assisting with the preparation of open homes.
