Position Overview: We are seeking for multiple Front of House employees to assist teams in managing customer service across our cafes and bars. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and maintain exceptional customer service skills at all times during shift.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable cafe/restaurant and support the team in maintaining the cleaning standards.
- Be engaging, welcoming and friendly to all customers and staff.
- Quick learner and available Monday- Friday.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role at least 1-year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and quick to adapt new skills.
