Flexihire, (a fully owned subsidiary of Flexitiger Pty Ltd) is currently expanding it's operations and are looking for experienced mechanical personnel to support the growth in our Townsville Branch as well as all of our other 16 branches in QLD & NSW.

About the Roles
With our Head Office located in Rocklea, we have roles available in our workshop team of mechanics in Townsville and all of our 16 branches in QLD & NSW. You will be providing support to our customers by ensuring the prompt service, repair and maintenance of our own equipment in a workshop environment.
To Succeed
To succeed in this role the main attributes we are looking for are energy and a willingness to help the customer and help your team mates. In addition to this the following items are also required:
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting acumen
- Mechanical trade qualification Cert III or equivalent in Diesel fitting, Diesel mechanic or Mobile Plant Mechanic.
- Upbeat nature and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent level of Customer service
- Proven experience on industrial equipment with both diesel and petrol engines
- Adopt and comply with a high level of safe work culture within our company
- Forklift licence will help but not mandatory
- Current drivers licence.
- Experience with compaction and earthmoving equipment from 0-25 ton.
- Experience with EWP'S & Forklifts desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills & team spirit & strong customer Focus.
